A pilot, inventor, engineer, entrepreneur with a passion for flying, robotics, AI, and autonomous systems. He has founded several companies from initial concepts to global commercialization, including Trainshot and Drone n’Base, earning him recognition, patents, and awards, including Forbes 30 under 30 in 2019.

Multi-disciplinary team, 17 years working together on deep-tech, successfully commercialized products.

2009 – 2013

ATS-03

  • Design of unique fixed-wing aerodynamics, an electronic system, an autopilot, and autonomous capabilities for BVLOS Search & Rescue UAV prototype.
  • Several scientific awards won.

2014–2017

  • World’s first AR-powered gaming drone platform combining autonomous flight, multiplayer racing, and interactive combat gameplay.
  • Featuring computer vision-based positioning for GPS-free indoor navigation.
  • As commercially successful product it won Vodafone’s “Idea of the Year” 2017 competition, defeating 197 projects.

2017 – Present

  • Smart shooting training systems with patented hit detection technology & autonomous robotic targets.
  • Successfully deployed in professional facilities worldwide, including major installation in Kuwait, serving military, law enforcement, and civilian markets.
  • Commercially viable with global distribution and contracts, e.g. with Sig Sauer.

2024 – Present

  • Design and production of AI-assisted Glass Cockpit for general aviation.
  • EIC Accelerator “GO” decision in Dec 2025.
  • Pre-orders opening in Q1 2026.

Control systems

Proprietary control systems integrating low-drift gyroscopes with semi-chip vibration ring solutions and custom sensor fusion libraries.


Modules and PCBs are designed from the ground up within our company, with algorithms that eliminate singular points in attitude calculations. E.g., PID control systems manage roll, pitch, yaw, altitude, and speed across diverse flight conditions, proven in fixed-wing, rotorcraft, and VTOL platforms.

Multi-Sensor Fusion

Integration of GPS (including RTK with 2cm positioning accuracy), IMU, optical flow, visual point-based navigation, and barometric systems.

Fusion algorithms maintain accurate positioning even when individual sensors fail or operate in GPS-denied environments. AHRS modules resilient to high G-forces and temperature extremes ensure reliable performance in challenging conditions including dead reckoning and optical flow for backup navigation.

AI For Vision, Navigation & Voice

Vision-based navigation using onboard cameras for object detection, positioning, landing, etc.

AI models trained on flight data track moving objects, navigate using visual reference points, and recognize landing zones. AI expertise extends to recognizing, generating spoken language, enabling voice-controlled operations, and intelligent communication processing.

BVLOS Ground Control

Ground station platforms with real-time video streaming and full telemetry, enabling beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) UAV operations.
